I did some experimenting with service tests and one came back failed, it emailed me (great!). I removed the test but the node still shows up as failed and red. How would I go about clearing that out and starting over without starting all over, if you know what I mean?

Okay I figured it out, running the clearalerts.sh script from /bin did the trick. I'm going to add a button so my users won't have to get scared by the scary command line.

Sorry for the delay in responding as I've been away.

Glad you've got it resolved but I do think there may be a way in the interface already - I'll try and find some time to take a look (certainly if not then it's a good idea to implement one).
